Sam Wade has departed Welsh League Division 1 outfit Goytre United in order to rejoin his former club Llanelli Town.
Wade departed the Reds last season whilst under the leadership of then manager Bob Jeffries, and was snapped up by Goytre United, whom he initially left three seasons ago to link up with the Reds.
At Goytre, Wade was first signed and managed by the now Reds boss Andy Hill, and so the move has come as no surprise with the former boss and player linking up once more.
Manager Andy Hill said of the signing;
We signed Sam as he fits the mould of our team, our team is very technical minded and that’s one thing he most certainly is. I know Sam will fit straight in to what we are trying to achieve here in terms of the structure in which we are trying to play, Sam is a quality player and will be a massive boost in our push for promotion.
The winger arrives at the club with a glut of attacking players already in their ranks, but will be hoping to force his way into the side. With Bruno Forkuoh having recently departed Stebonheath for Ammanford, Wade may regain his place in the side.
He will be hoping to ply his trade in Division 1 again next term, with the Reds flying high in Division 2.
