Village snap up Swansea League duo

Garden Village have announced the double signing of Luke Dalling and Rhys Coffey from Swansea League outfit Kilvey Fords.

Dalling re-joins Village after a short spell away from the club with Kilvey but ha returned to the club following their relegation to Welsh League Division Two. The 25 year-old was with the club for six months between December 2015 until their relegation last season, however after some time away has returned to Dai Rimmer’s side.

The club will be hoping the left-winger can add some pace to the side as they look to consolidate themselves in mid table this season.

Coffey joins the squad making his first step up into Welsh League football. The centre half has played for Blaenymaes and Penlan in the Swansea League, and thus this move will prove to be the biggest test of his career so far. But, the fans will be hoping it is one who he takes in his stride.

Both players will be hoping to make their debuts 0n Friday night as Village take on Briton Ferry Llansawel.
