Jones and Harding claim monthly awards in MW Spar 1
Jason Jones of Aberaeron Football Club, has been named manager of the month for January and February whilst Edward Harding of Welshpool won Player of the Month for January and February.
In the league, Aberaeron were unbeaten over the period, picking up 10 points. Three of these coming in a 1-0 home win against league leaders Rhayader Town. Jones also helped them to progress in the Central Wales Challenge Cup.
Welshpool’s Harding was the winner of the player of the month award for the same period.
The keeper managed to keep Welshpools spirits of staying in Spar 1 alive. With spirited performances, he’s managed to help them to 5 points out of 12 in a very tough run of fixtures.
