Llandudno v Aberystwyth chosen for live television coverage

The Welsh Premier League fixture between Llandudno and Aberystwyth Town has been chosen for live television coverage on S4C’S Sgorio.

Sgorio have decided to air Llandudno v Aberystwth Town LIVE on Sunday the 9th of April, with the the fixture being moved a day later with a 16:15 kick-off.

It is the second televised fixture that has been chosen from the Conference section of the Welsh Premier League following the split. Llandudno were most recently on Sgorio as they drew 2-2 with Newtown as Jason Oswell cancelled out Danny Shaw’s strike.

The fixture could provide vital for both sides with Llandudno chasing that final European play-off spot, whilst Aberystwyth are fighting for their status in the Welsh Premier League.

The last time the two sides met, they played to a seven goal thriller which Llandudno edged, with their winner coming from Danny Hughes.
