Tomas Wellington has sealed a return to Welsh League Division One outfit Goytre United, with the club also confirming deals for experienced striker Jason Bertorelli and full-back Cai Owens.
However, young midfielder Keiran Williams has left Glenhafod Park to join Division Two high-fliers Briton Ferry Llansawel.
Wellington returns to United just over a year after he left to join Haverfordwest County, and will be joined by former Bluebirds teammate Bertorelli, who scored twice for Cambrian and Clydach in a thrilling 3-3 draw with his new employers earlier in the season.
The 31-year-old subsequently arrives with a glowing reputation for scoring goals, and United will be hoping his good form continues for the rest of the season.
Only Barry Town United have conceded fewer goals than United this season, but that hasn’t stopped them strengthening with the arrival of Swansea City graduate Owens, who has impressed at Division One rivals Afan Lido.
All three could be in line for a start when Goytre United continue their Division One campaign at home to Caldicot United this weekend.
Meanwhile, former Port Talbot Town ace Williams has brought his 12-month stay at United to an end by joining Briton Ferry, where he will inject some much-needed experience into the Old Road outfit’s promotion push.
