Bangor City FC manager Kevin Nicholson has joined the Welsh Football Association Trust, it was announced today.
Nicholson, who manages current JD Welsh Premier League table-toppers Bangor, has become a coach educator at the organisation in a role alongside his management of the Citizens.

The FAW Trust was first established in 1996 to improve and promote the game in Wales, and has gone on to become a recognised brand throughout the national football pyramid.
It delivers licence courses to a number of Welsh Premier coaches including Prestatyn’s Neil Gibson and Colin Caton of Bala Town.
Big names including Thierry Henry, Mikel Arteta and Freddie Ljungberg have also all completed courses delivered by the Trust.
Wales assistant manager Osian Roberts is the FAW Trust’s technical director, and was thanked by Nicholson for the opportunity on Twitter.
Will take this on alongside my role @bangorcityfc. Would like to thank @Osian_Roberts @CarlDarlington @GarethOwenFAWT for the opportunity.

Nicholson joined Bangor as manager ahead of the 2017/18 season and led the club into its Europa League qualifying matches against Lyngby BK as the club’s UEFA Pro Licence holder.
He has previously worked as Under-23 manager at Cardiff City and coached at the likes of Exeter City, Stoke City and Derby County.
His new role will have no impact on Bangor City, who Nicholson along with assistant manager Gary Taylor Fletcher are preparing to face Cardiff Met FC at the Bangor University Stadium on Saturday.
The Citizens will be looking to maintain their pole position in the JD Welsh Premier League after a 2-2 draw between TNS and Connah’s Quay Nomads on Tuesday evening kept Bangor at the top.
