Cymru Alliance side Denbigh Town have added to their back line as they recruit Aberystwyth Town defender Joe Culshaw.
Culshaw who worked with Neville Powell during his days at Bangor City joined Aberystwyth in the summer with the 24 year-old working under the Welsh Premier League title winner for a second time.
But he has since been displaced by Aberystwyth Town youth academy product Matthew Jones who has filled in at his position.
Aberystwyth have agreed to release the Carrog based player, where he grew up playing for Wrexham as a youth player. His performances at youth level earned him a move to Football League side Morecambe where he impressed and claimed the U18 Player of the Year award.
As well as featuring for Aberystwyth and Bangor, Culshaw has also played for the Cefn Druids and Flint Town United in the lower divisions.
Overall, he has accumalated over 40 appearances in the Welsh Premier League, highlighting the experience he will bring to the Denbigh Town back line.
The move comes in time that he will be able to make his Denbigh Town debut tomorrow afternoon against Guilsfield, should he be selected by manager Eddie Maurice-Jones.
