Taffs Well appoint Adrian Needs, Lee Bridgeman and Nana Baah as new First Team Managers

Taffs Well have welcomed back former manager Lee Bridgeman to Rhiw Ddar as their new First Team Manager in a triple managership with Adrian Needs Nana Baah.

Bridgeman who left the Wellmen back in October moved to the role of Director of Football and was replaced by Adrian Harris.

But now Bridgeman is back in the hot seat and he will be joined by former Caerau Ely coach Nana Baah who left the Cardiff West club earlier this week, along with Adrian Needs who has been assistant manager of the club.

In a statement released by the Division One club, they thanked former player Harries for stepping into the role during his seven games in charge.

“Reluctantly Taffs Well decided yesterday that it was time to replace Mr. Harries. We would like to thanks Adie for his hard work during the short time he was with us a manager.”

Baah and Bridgeman both have had a vast amount of experience in the Welsh Football League, with Baah experiencing Division One joy back in 2013/2014, whilst Bridgeman has won the Welsh Football League Cup four times with the Wellmen.

Adrian Needs, Lee Bridgeman and Nana Baah were in the dugout this evening as Taffs Well drew 0-0 at home to Welsh Premier League applicants Penybont.

Taffs Well currently sit ninth in the table in Division One, with over half of the season played.
