Williams has enrolled at Cardiff Metropolitan University and has since signed a season-long loan at Cyncoed Campus.
“The Wales Youth Academy Captain will be heading to South Wales to pursue his academics at Cardiff Metropolitan University and will join up with the WPL side for the 2018/19 season.
“We wish him well and look forward to him returning an even better player,” said Bangor City.

The youngster also trained with the Wales C team squad, when they lost to England back in March.
He made a total of 12 first team appearances last season for Bangor City, with most coming in cup competitions. He made his leagued debut in a 1-0 defeat to Llandudno on New Years Day.
In an interview with Golwg360, Williams stated his career ambitions: “My personal ambitions are still playing to the best possible standard for Bangor and also representing the Irish under-18 undergraduate academy in Ireland in February and Gibraltar in May, I also want to represent the playing Welsh team against the schools teams in England, Ireland, Scotland and Northern Ireland. “
