Title-winning captain Bevan returns to Stebo along with Morgan

Llanelli Town have completed the double signing of Lee Bevan and Luke Morgan as their first piece of business in the January transfer window.

Both players return to Steboneath Park having had previous spells at the club as the Reds add to their squad.

31-year-old Lee Bevan rejoins the Reds from Briton Ferry Llansawel, having spent the last five months at Old Road, after leaving Llanelli after their Division One title win.

Bevan was nominated as Player’s Player of the Year for Llanelli Town last season.

The centre-half was a youth academy product at Neath and has previous playing experience in the Welsh Premier League with Carmarthen Town and Haverfordwest County. He has 63 appearances altogether in the top flight of Welsh football, for both the Old Gold and the Bluebirds.

During his time in the Welsh Premier League, he earned Wales semi-professional cap against Italy and Northern Ireland.

The defender is joined at the club by former Neath midfielder Luke Morgan. Morgan played alongside Hill at the former Welsh Premier League outfit, and Morgan made his debut for the Eagles against Llanelli.

Goalkeeper Scott Coughlan who was recently playing in Division Two with West End has also returned to the club. Coughlan has previously been on trial with Welsh Premier League clubs Aberystwyth Town and Carmarthen Town. He is a Cardiff City academy product and has also played for Hull City.
