Penybont’s Welsh Premier League kit to be designed by local children

Newly promoted Welsh Premier League club Penybont are allowing kids to design their new shirt for next season.

Having won promotion to the Welsh top flight for the first time in their history, the club are now allowing kids in the local area to design their shirt.

The winning design will become part of the new home kit and will receive their own shirt with their name on the back. Genuine entrants will also receive a FREE shirt.

Kit store Macron Cardiff will manufacture the kit with full competition details available here.

Penybont’s competition rules are: The entrants must be 11 years old or younger.

The main colour should be royal blue and that sponsor Nathaniel Cars should feature alongside Penybont’s badge and the Welsh Premier League badge on the sleeve.

Entries can be handed in either by post or can be submitted via Twitter, using the hashtag Penybont.

The deadline for submission is mid day on May 17th.

On the pitch, Penybont beat Ammanford last night to achieve the highest points tally in a 16-team Division one.
