Cwmbran Celtic have signed goalkeeper Scott James and forward Tom Neville.
The Welsh League duo are Nicky Morgan’s first new signings since being appointed manager of Monmouth Town, earlier this month.
Scott James joins having previously spent time at clubs like Caerau Ely and Monmouth Town.
Neville joins from Risca United, where he played for the second part of the season after joining from Trethomas Bluebirds.
Forward Tom Neville said: “I’m buzzing to have the opportunity to step up another league again.
“There’s a big season ahead for us and for myself personally. I’m already looking forward to a big preseason to set it up nicely.
Simon Prangley returned to the club, taking up a player-coach role on Morgan’s coaching staff. Callum Wakeham, Jai Johnson and Rakesh Patel have committed to the club.
Forward Josh Bull left earlier this month to join Welsh Premier League outfit Cwmbran Celtic.
He joined Trethomas Bluebirds from Aberdare Town, scoring 23 goals in a full season in Division Three, winning the Trethomas Player of the Year.
