“This is a great acquisition for the Club as Nia is highly qualified and comes to us from Swansea City where she has been for a number of years developing her coaching skills.

“Nia will develop all aspects of coaching at the Club, predominately within the Academy sector but Penybont FC are all about inclusion, so working with the community and local schools will also be a fundamental part of the job.

“All at Penybont welcome Nia to the Club and look forward to working with her in our new and exciting season in the Welsh Premier League.”

Nia worked as a Foundation Phase Coach at Swansea City’s academy for a total of five years.

She also held a role with the Women’s national team as a Sports Scientist.
