Citizens to remain in Cymru North after winning appeal, Hollywell down and Llandyrnog stay up
It has tonight been confirmed that Bangor City will remain in the JD Cymru North after winning their appeal against a 21-point deduction imposed on them by the Football Association of Wales.
The club were initially deducted 42 points, which would have seen them relegated to the third tier, however they were able to half the punishment on appeal.
A club statement read: “Bangor City Football Club have today won the appeal of a 21-point deduction imposed on them by the Football Association of Wales.
