The FAW Futsal League are still taking applications ahead of the new season.
Now in its tenth season, the FAW are hopeful of expanding the league by inviting more teams to compete.
Prize money is at stake for the winners as well as a place in the UEFA Futsal Champions League.
It is split into a Northern and Southern Conference in a round-robin format. The winners of each conference will then play each other in the FAW Futsal League Playoff Final to determine the champion club.
Last season’s winners Cardiff University finished third in their preliminary qualifying group.
The FAW’s aim is “to develop the League over the coming seasons in order to produce a futsal programme that will allow Welsh teams to develop and compete at European club and international level.”
Cardiff University have won the Futsal League the most with five league Championships to their name. Wrexham have won it three times and The New Saints won it in just its second season.
Players such as Naim Arsan and Chris Hugh have represented Wales at Futsal level before playing for the Wales C squad.
Those wishing to enter have a deadline of Friday 1 November. Places can be applied for the FAW Futsal League through the COMET system.
