Wales will play Italy, Switzerland and Turkey in Group A of the European Championships.
The Dragons will play two fixtures in Baku before heading to Rome to play Italy.
Reflecting after the draw, Wales boss Ryan Giggs said: “At this stage, they’re all tough games. Switzerland are a good team, I watched their progress.
“They were in qualifying with Republic of Ireland and Denmark and they’re a talented team.
“Turkey were in a group with France aswell and Iceland, so to come out of that they’ve done well.
“Of course, Italy, winning every game in qualifying so that’ll be a tough game obviously.”
Wales qualified for their second consecutive championship after beating Hungary 2-0 at the Cardiff City Stadium in November, finishing second in their group.
