Wales will play Bulgaria, Russia and one of Georgia, Estonia, Sweden or Azerbaijan in the UEFA Regions Cup intermediate round.
Intermediate round fixtures are to to be played before 13th December 2020. The final tournament will then take place in the last two weeks of June 2021.
Criteria has changed in how Wales will be represented in the Regions Cup following the introduction of the Cymru Leagues.
A North v South select match will decide who represents Wales in the UEFA Regions Cup in a two-legged play-off.
Players must not have previously held a professional contract or played in the Cymru Premier.
Cymru North and South players will be eligible for the first-time, having previously been limited to choosing fifth tier players.
Previously a number of regions such as the Gwent, North Wales Coast, South Wales and the West Wales FA would compete in regional divisions before playing a one-legged play-off between the North and South winners at a neutral venue.
Wales – who were represented by the South Wales FA in 2018 – will compete in the intermediate round for just the second time.
The last Welsh side to compete in the Regions Cup before the changes finished second in their preliminary round group to progress to the Intermediate Round for the first time.
