Danny Williams: Former Haverfordwest striker joins Merthyr Town
Former Haverfordwest County forward Danny Williams has joined Merthyr Town.
Williams joins the Martyrs on loan until the end of the season after temporarily leaving Cardiff City.
The 21-year-old was playing for Haverfordwest until January 2019 after also playing for Goytre United and Pontardawe Town.
In total, he scored over 20 goals for the West Walian side before departing for the professional game.
He made a handful of appearances for the U23s side of Cardiff City.
“Everyone at the football club would like to wish Danny all the best as he teams up with Gavin Williams’ side,” said a brief statement from Merthyr Town.
