Guy Handscombe and Jonathan Jones have been appointed managers of the Cymru North and South select sides.
Handscombe, assistant manager of Ruthin Town will take charge of the North.
Pontypridd Town boss Jonathan Jones will take control of the South.
The two will go head to head in a two-legged playoff on May 3 and May 10, with the winner set to represent Wales in Bulgaria in the Intermediate Round of the UEFA Regions Cup.
Changes to the format have seen second-tier players eligible for selection, providing they are of amateur status.
Jonathan Jones’ coaching staff will include a fellow Cymru South manager in Gruff Harrison. He will also be joined by Ashleigh Griffiths, Sports Therapist for Barry Town United and analyst Prasang Shrivastava.

“It’s always a proud moment to be involved with your home nation at any level of football, and the prospect of the UEFA Regions Cup is very exciting.”
Guy Handscombe will be able to call upon Colwyn Bay assistant Mark Orme. Linday Morris has joined as Physiotherapist, whilst the Cefn Druids’ Gavin Pritchard will work as Analyst.
