The Football Association of Wales has extended its suspension on the current Welsh domestic season to June 2.
It follows in the footsteps of the Scottish Football Association who have suspended football until June 10.
The governing body have set a possible date of June 2 of when action may resume in the JD Cymru North and South.
Sources from the Rhyl Journal say provisional fixture lists have been provided to North and South sides to conclude their decision.
Last month Cwmbran Celtic called on the FAW to end the current Cymru Leagues season.
The Gwent club also revealed in March a provisional plan to conclude the season.
A new provisional date for the FAW Trophy final has also been set.
Llandudno Albion versus Penydarren BGC was scheduled for April 18 at Latham Park, but has now been pencilled in for July 18, however a venue is still to be decided.
And football in Wales has taken its first steps in deciding Champions on a points per game basis.
The FAW National Leagues Board have curtailed the Developmental League, which sees Barry Town United crowned champions of the South.
Connah’s Quay have been announced as champions of the Cymru North Development League.
