As the stadium opened in July 2009, Wales were in John Toshack’s penultimate year as manager, with the late Gary Speed taking over just a year later.
The National Team’s first fixture at the home of Cardiff City was on the 14th of November 2009, as Wales faced George Burley’s Scotland.
Wales cruised to a 3-0 win, as George Burley was sacked as manager just two days later.
