Y Clwb Pêl-Droed are delighted to announce the launch our World Cup of young Welsh prospects.

Following the success of our World Cup of picturesque grounds, we’re now running a World Cup of Welsh prospects.

We’re aiming to crown the best Welsh prospect as we celebrate the future of Welsh football.

A mix of current Wales internationals both at senior and intermediate level have been listed alongside domestic players.

Here’s how things will work:

  • 32 players all in the 1998 generation or younger
  • One poll a day, each poll runs for 24 hours – you decide!
  • The format is knockout, beginning with Round of 32

List of entrants: Aaron Lewis, Ben Cabango, Ben Williams, Ben Woodburn, Brandon Cooper, Brennan Johnson, Cameron Coxe, Dylan Levitt, Ethan Ampadu, George Ratcliffe, Jack Evans, Joe Rodon, Leo Smith, Liam Cullen, Luke Jephcott, Mael Davies, Mark Harris, Matt Smith, Mitchell Clark, Momodou Touray, Nathan Broadhead, Neco Williams, Rabbi Matondo, Regan Poole, Rhys Norrington-Davies, Robbie Burton, Ryan Harrington, Ryan Sears, Ryan Williams, Sion Spence, Terry Taylor, Tom Price and Tyler Roberts.

We’ll be launching our live blog soon, similar to our previous World Cup, where you’ll be able to vote.
