As a plethora of football leagues have been suspended or brought to a close, many Cymru Leagues fans have turned to Football Manager 2020 to fill the void.
With the ability to take charge of a number of sides across Wales, the game provides welcomed exposure to Welsh domestic football.
We take a look at the ten most valuable Cymru Premier players, according to Football Manager 2020.
MC – James Rowland – £92k
The most valuable Cymru Premier player on Football Manager 2020 is James Rowland.
The 18 year-old midfielder is currently on loan at Aberystwyth Town from League One club Shrewsbury Town.
Rowland signed his first professional contract with the Shrews in May 2019 and was allowed to go out on loan to the Seasiders in January to gain experience of men’s football.
ST – Momodou Touray – £20.5k
Deemed the second most valuable player by Football Manager 2020 is Barry Town’s Momodou Touray.
The striker is in his second spell at the club, having scored 13 goals for Gavin Chesterfield’s side last season.

Touray also has experience of youth international football, as the striker has featured for Wales’ U19’s and U21’s.
MC – Cameron Berry – £17.25k
Another Cymru Premier loanee is Cameron Berry, who is valued at £17.25k by Football Manager 2020.
The 19 year-old has is currently on loan at Carmarthen Town from Swansea City, adding competition to the Old Gold’s midfield.
Swansea City manager Steve Cooper’s tendency to give young players first-team opportunities can only benefit academy players like Cameron Berry.
ST – Daniel Griffiths – £15.75k
Striker Daniel Griffiths has been an asset to Penybont this season.
On-loan from Cardiff City, the 19 year-old notably scored a solo-effort against The New Saints early in the campaign.
Penybont looked in good form before the league suspension, making a good start to Phase Two and were nearing Cymru Premier safety.
M (LC), AM (C) – Danny Redmond – £8.5k
The first in Football Manager 2020’s top 10 most valuable Cymru Premier players who is not a loanee is Danny Redmond.
Redmond has been a real benefit to Scott Ruscoe’s side since joining The New Saints from Hamilton in 2018, providing invaluable versatility.
Naturally a midfielder, Redmond has also covered at left-back for the Saints this season.
MC – Jon Routledge – £7.75k
Another The New Saints player, Jon Routledge is valued at £7.75k in Football Manager 2020.
The midfielder has proven to be an inspired signing since joining from Dumbarton in 2016 and is consistently one of the Cymru Premier’s star performers.
Routledge is now an experienced head in the middle of the park for the Saints and can dictate the pace of the game.
DC – Ryan Harrington – £4.9k
Valued at £4.9k by Football Manager 2020 is the Saints’ Ryan Harrington.
The defender joined the club at the start of the season from Aberdeen, having started his career at Everton.
Harrington was one of three centre-backs signed by Scott Ruscoe in 2019, with Keston Davies and Adam Hughes also joining.
M (C), AM (RC) – Ryan Brobbel – £4.9k
Deemed as the eighth most valuable Cymru Premier player by Football Manager 2020 is Ryan Brobbel.
The New Saints’ attacking midfielder joined the club in 2016 and has been a real asset since.
Brobbel has had another positive season in the Cymru Premier, often providing for the Saints’ top scorer, Greg Draper.
AM (C), ST (C) – Kurtis Byrne – £4.1k
The fifth TNS player in the top ten is Kurtis Byrne, who is valued at £4.1k.
Byrne is one of many attacking options for the Saints, with Greg Draper and Dean Ebbe performing well this season.
The versatile attacker has scored twelve times since joining the club from Linfield in 2018.
M/AM (R) – David Cotterill – £3.9k
It comes as no surprise that David Cotterill makes the top ten, valued at £3.9k.
The former Wales-international joined Barry Town in January and came with a good pedigree.
