Y Clwb Pêl-Droed has once again been named as a finalist in the Football Content Awards at the Football Content Awards 2020
The home for Welsh domestic football news will be competing in the ‘Best In Non-League, Small Team or Business‘ category.
It is the third consecutive year that Y Clwb Pêl-Droed had been nominated for the awards, which are to be held at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in November.
Y Clwb Pêl-Droed’s Chief-Editor and Founder, Jordan Jones said: “It is, once again, a testament to the hard work that goes on with Y Clwb Pêl-Droed to see us nominated for an award again amongst industry-leading organisations.
“I’m thankful for the contributions from all of our staff who work with us to help to promote the good of Welsh football.
Winners will be decided through a mixture of judge choices and fan votes with voting ending at midnight on Thursday 18th June.
Readers of Y Clwb Pêl-Droed will be able to vote on the Football Content Awards website, Instagram and Twitter.
The nomination is the fourth time this year the website has been recognised at an awards ceremony.
At the start of the year, Jordan Jones won the award for Journalistic Endeavour at the inaugural Nick Machin Prize awards.
Matthew Lofthouse, a regular contributor in the form of photograpy, was nominated at the Wales Media Awards for Photographer of the Year.
Former contributor Tom Coleman, who later went on to work for WalesOnline, was also nominated for Sports Journalist of the Year at the same awards.
