Conwy Borough have appointed Matthew Jones as their new first-team manager.
Jones takes charge of the JD Cymru North outfit after being relieved of his duties of Llandudno.
The former Denbigh Town boss succeeds Chris Morrell who led the club to a sixth placed finish.
“I am delighted to be joining Conwy Borough as First Team Manager,” said Jones after the Tangerines announced his appointment.
“This has been the easiest decision I’ve made in football after speaking with the chairman and a couple of board members, it is clear that that this is the club I want to call home for years to come.
“I am really excited by the direction the club are looking to go in and can’t wait to get going in being part of the team that moves the club in that direction.”
UEFA A Licence Candidate, Jones, will be assisted by Stuart Howson who joins as assistant manager.
Roger Jones also joins the management staff as First Team Coach/Physio.
Adding to Jones’ comments, club chairman Chris Wilton said: “The club is absolutely delighted to have secured the services of Matty.
“Having spoken to him at length the club is confident that he shares our vision and is the right man to take us forward.”
