Corwen have appointed Nicky Jones as their first-team manager.
He replaces Sion Tudor who left the club due to family commitments.
Jones’ management team is set to be announced in the coming days, including a new director of football.
In a short statement on their club website, it said: “Corwen FC are pleased to announce the appointment of Nick Jones as First Team manager with immediate effect.
“Details of Nick’s management team are to follow including the new director of football.”
He takes up the role on a permanent basis after previously working as caretaker manager following the departure of Danny Jellicoe.
Commenting on his appointment, Jones said: “The easiest decision I have made in football.
“Such a fantastic club with the plans they have are exciting times, I can’t wait to get started and see where this journey will go.”
As one manager leaves Corwen and another appointed, the departing manager, Sion Tudor said: “It is with regret that I have decided to step down as manager of Corwen FC.
“Although a difficult one, it is the right decision for me personally as I have struggled for a long time to keep a healthy balance between managing and family commitments.”
