Caernarfon Town have swooped to sign forward Mike Haynes from Bala Town.
He is the second player to swap Maes Tegid for The Oval after Josh Tibbetts made the move earlier in the week.
The 32-year-old leaves Bala Town after six years of service in his second spell at the club.
“I’m really pleased to get Mike Hayes in, a new number nine at the football club,” said manager Huw Griffiths.
“I’ve tried to sign him for several years now. His goals-per-game ratio is excellent.
“He’s not started too many for Bala but hopefully, we’ll give him the opportunity to go and get the goals that I know he can and we’ll all get behind him.
“Welcome to the club Mike and I’m sure the boys will all be behind you.”
Hayes scored 36 league goals in 146 appearances for Bala after moving from Connah’s Quay in 2014.
Commenting on his departure from Bala, manager Colin Caton said: “After a long chat with Mike and his frustration of not playing first team football on a regular for us, we decided that it was best that Mike moved on to gain first team football and to play on a regular basis elsewhere.
“We wish him all the best on his move to Caernarfon and hope it works out for him.
“He’s been an absolute top player for the Club and a great lad that’s conducted himself fantastically in the time he’s been at Bala and we wish him all the best at Caernarfon.”
