Chris Hardy has stood down from his role as manager of Ruthin Town.
Hardy stands down from his role after one season at the helm as a senior manager.
He succeed Chris Williams in August after stepping up as the manager of the reserves side.
The 33-year-old led Ruthin to a ninth-placed finish in the JD Cymru North.
“It’s been a very difficult decision but this lockdown has given me time to reflect on what’s important and I feel that this is best for the club and my family,” said Hardy after making the decision.
“I will still be involved as much as I can as I’ve had four really good years here.”
Commenting on the departure of the manager, chairman Alan Jones said: “Chris did a great job taking over from Chris Williams at such short notice.
“Over the years he has demonstrated what a fine young manager he is and he will be a big loss to us.”
The club are now inviting applications for the role of first-team manager. Any interested applicants should email the club chairman Alan Jones at alanjones37@sky.com
