Wales youngster Neco Williams made his Premier League debut in Liverpool’s 4-0 win over Crystal Palace.
Jurgen Klopp introduced the right-back in the 74th minute, where he replaced Trent Alexander-Arnold.
It was the first time Wrexham-born youngster to the Anfield turf in a league fixture having sat on the bench as an unused substitute in the league on eight occasions.
The 19-year-old has been given first-team opportunities in the Carabao Cup and FA Cup this season.
In his cameo, Williams almost opened his account in the Premier League but had two shots saved in stoppage time by Wales international Wayne Hennessey who was making just his third league appearance of the campaign.
