Prestatyn Town have been busy in the transfer market this weekend with the acquisitions of Callum Roberts and striker Shaun Cavanagh.
Attacking midfielder Roberts, formerly of Rhyl, has penned a deal with the Seasiders with the signing announce this evening.
Roberts was called up to the Welsh Under 18 squad earlier last year, and the Seasiders’ latest announcements are loaded with attacking intent.
He is joined at Bastion Gardens by striker Cavanagh who signed for the North Walians on Friday following his departure from Porthmadog.
The 22-year-old striker returned to Port in January and notched six goals in his first four games before the league was curtailed by Covid-19.
The former Bangor City man, who has also turned out for Caernarfon Town and Llandudno in the Welsh system, will add extra fire power to the Bastion Gardens men, who have already been busy putting their squad together for another promotion push.
It has been a fruitful week for the club, who announced the re-signing of a number of last season’s squad including Jack Kenny and Zebb Edwards.
