Steve Cooper has guided Swansea City to play-off spot after a dramatic final day in the Championship.
The Swans overturned a six-goal deficit to secure the final playoff spot at the expense of Nottingham Forest.
Cooper’s side claimed a 4-1 victory over Reading where Welshman Liam Cullen scored his first senior goal.
They will play Brentford at the Liberty Stadium on Sunday 26 July before travelling to Greater London for the final fixture ever at Griffin Park on Wednesday 29 July.

“I don’t think we thought it would be that way, but it was going to take something extraordinary for it to happen, and it has.
“We are calm now, and refocused, because it’s a time for a pat on the back, but it’s not a time for celebrations yet.
“We are all in it together, I know we are building for the short and long term and we are doing the right things. We will stick to them.”
