Four Premier League clubs are interested in AFC Bournemouth’s Welsh international David Brooks.

The 23-year-old winger has attracted interest following the Cherries relegation to the Sky Bet Championship, which was confirmed on the weekend – despite their 3-1 victory over Everton at Goodison Park.

And Sky Sports are reporting that Crystal Palace, Leicester City, Newcastle United and West Ham United are all interested in acquiring the services of the Welshman.

Two other possible avenues for Brooks are Leeds United and Tottenham Hotspur.

Former Whites defender Danny Mills said to Football Insider 24/7 that boss Marcelo Bielsa was at Goodison Park to cast judgment on Brooks, as well as his teammates Callum Wilson and Josh King.

Brooks featured just nine times for AFC Bournemouth during their 2019/2020 campaign after having ankle surgery, which saw him miss nearly eight months of action.

His only goal of the season came when he scored off the bench in the 2-1 defeat to Manchester City earlier this month.

However, in the previous season, the Welshman enjoyed an excellent campaign, as he scored eight times in 37 outings.

His form helped him earn a nomination for PFA young player of the year award, alongside the likes of Manchester City stars Raheem Sterling and Bernardo Silva, and Manchester United forward, Marcus Rashford.

Brooks’ is clearly a player in high demand, and if he make a switch to a Premier League side, he will hope he can re-discover the form he showed during the first season he spent at the Vitality Stadium.

The former Manchester City youth product has also featutred on 12 occasions for Wales, scoring one goal. This came in the Red Dragons’ European Championship qualifier against Croatia, in 2019.
