Cardiff City are leading the race to sign Wigan Athletic striker Kieffer Moore, according to reports.
Moore was a target for Cardiff City in January but their offer fell short of Wigan’s valuation.
Now with the club relegated to League One and in administration, Neil Harris’ side are in a stronger position to sign the Welsh international forward.
An exclusive report from Football Insider says that the Bluebirds are set to beat Derby County, Millwall and Queens Park Rangers to the signature of the 27-year-old.
It was reported that Neil Warnock’s Middlesbrough had withdrawn from the race due to the price of the Wales striker, putting Cardiff in pole position to sign Moore.
Last season, Moore finished as Wigan’s top goal scorer as he hit the net ten times and assisted on five occasions.
