Bournemouth keen to keep David Brooks despite relegation – reports
AFC Bournemouth are keen to keep David Brooks despite their relegation from the Premier League.
A host of Premier League clubs including Everton, Tottenham and West Ham are interested in securing the services of the Wales international.
However, Bournemouth are keen to keep Brooks on their books as they aim to build a team around him as they plot for an immediate return from the EFL Championship.
The Cherries hope a minimum valuation of £30m for the player will act as a deterrent for any potential suitors according to the Daily Star.

However, the departure of manager Eddie Howe may alter Bournemouth’s plans with a new coach wanting a final say on the squad he will be working with at his disposal.
Brooks who was introduced to the Premier League by Howe after an £11.5m move from Sheffield United in July 2018 was full of praise for his departing manager.
“Every young lads dream, their Premier League debut,” tweeted Brooks after showing his gratitude to Howe for giving him the opportunity of top flight football.
“Thank you for giving me this moment and for the belief you’ve continually shown in me.
“I’ll be forever grateful. All the best gaffer.”
