Recently released Wrexham forward signs up at Brickfield Rangers

Brickfield Rangers have moved to sign Lewis Parry after his release from Wrexham.

Parry, 18, spent a brief loan spell at Clywedog Park in the 2018/19 season and is returning this time on a permanent basis.

He is the second signing under new boss Gareth Wilson after Keighan Jones kicked off the club’s summer recruitment.

After making the move to the Wrexham club, Parry said: “I’m delighted to sign for the club – when I spoke to the gaffer, and after hearing his plans for the future and the direction the club wants to go in, it made it an easy choice for me.

The club has a great buzz around the place and it’s a very exciting time for everyone involved – I can’t wait to get started.”

Manager Gareth Wilson commented: “Lewis is a young and talented centre forward who has been attracting interest from Welsh Tier Two clubs and English non-league sides since his release from Wrexham.

I am absolutely delighted that Lewis has chosen to sign for Brickfield and I look forward to him helping drive us forwards as a club.”
