Ryan McKean has taken the decision to stand down as manager of Amlwch Town.
McKean, who took charge in 2018, after the club looked like folding, led the club to a 15th and 19th placed finish in the Welsh Alliance League.
Chris Byast has taken the role on an interim basis with the club committee aiming to promote from within.
“It’s with a heavy heart I must step down but I feel my time has come to end,” said McKean.
“I’d personally like to thank everyone for their support. This is a fantastic club and I’ll miss not being part of it.”
Commenting on McKean’s decision to step down, Idwal Hughes, chairman of Amlwch said: “It’s disappointing to see Ryan step down. He stepped into the breach when we were at our lowest. And for that, I personally will be forever grateful to him.
“He has worked really hard this summer to try and get a competitive squad together in the wake of COVID-19, but unfortunately, things just haven’t worked out.”
