Wales U21 squad named to face Bosnia and Herzegovina

Paul Bodin has named a 20-man squad for Wales U21’s European Championship qualifier against Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Bodin’s side currently sit third in Group I, having picked up six points from their opening four qualifying games.

In the reverse fixture against Bosnia and Herzegovina, Wales U21 won by a goal to nil with Liam Cullen on the scoresheet.

Bodin’s latest squad includes Swansea City quartet Brandon Cooper, Jack Evans, Joe Lewis and Joe Cullen, along with Cardiff City duo George Ratcliffe and Mark Harris.

Liverpool’s Ben Woodburn, Everton’s Nathan Broadhead, Dinamo Zagreb’s Robbie Burton and Nottingham Forest’s Brennan Johnson are among the high-profile names to be selected.

Wales U21 are scheduled to face Bosnia and Herzegovina U21 at 15:30 on 4 September.
