Danny Brookwell reunited with Sean Eardley as winger joins Llandudno
Llandudno have further added to their squad by signing Danny Brookwell.
The 27-year-old will reunite with former manager Sean Eardley in the hope of the 2020/21 Cymru North season starting.
Brookwell left Caernarfon in December, following a lack of starts for the Canaries, but can be deemed a success at The Oval for his five years of service.
He featured heavily in the Canaries two seasons back in the Welsh top flight with a return of eight goals in 27 appearances in 2018/19.
In March 2019, Brookwell played for the Wales C team, making a substitute appearance in their 2-2 draw with England.
“He’s a fantastic player and great lad off the field as well,” said manager Eardley on his reunion with the tricky winger.
“He’s had a lot of interest and rightly so, but I’m buzzing to have the opportunity to work with him again if the season.
“He’s your old-school winger, blistering pace and isn’t afraid to take the game to the opposition, he adds good quality to our attacking options and I’m sure the lads will welcome him with open arms.”
Eardley, who was appointed as the Seasiders boss in June has also added Tom Dix and Shaun Cavanagh to his squad earlier this week.
