He will be assisted by Steve Boyes and Andy Molyneux, who have taken interim charge since Sara Hilton’s departure.
Commenting on his appointment, Parry said: “I am delighted to be offered this opportunity and that challenge of managing the Ladies section at the Club. It’s something that can really develop and become massive along with the other achievements the club consistently produces.
This is a great challenge for myself to develop again personally and to also set a high standard of and professional culture for all that want to be apart of this team at Connah’s Quay Nomads.
“As we look to enter tier 2 next season, Our aim is to get into the Welsh Premier League as soon as possible, Then of course compete and aim for European football. This is a massive indication of how serious the club are taking this project moving forward.”
The Women’s side reached the semi-finals of the FAW Women’s Cup last season in the first year of their existence.
Also joining the setup will be Wales international Elise Hughes, which will make up a coaching team of three UEFA B Licence holders and a FAW C Certificate holder.
