Burton Albion sign Welsh duo Ryan Broom and Terry Taylor on Deadline Day
Burton Albion have completed a deadline day double swoop for Welshmen Ryan Broom and Terry Taylor.
Broom has joined the Brewers on loan from Peterborough United until the end of the season, meanwhile Taylor has joined on a permanent deal from Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Loan signing Broom made 18 appearances this season for the Posh, scoring once before his move to the Pirelli Stadium.
Commenting from his move to Burton Albion, Broom said “I had the chance to speak to the manager on a Zoom call, and it was good to see his ideas for the rest of the season, how he sees the team playing and how I fit into that,”.
“I know the team’s position but this is an opportunity for me to come and play some games and help the team as much as I can.”

The Wales Under-21 midfielder made 14 appearances for Grimsby Town this season before returning to Wolves, where his contract was terminated.
Following his move to Burton Albion, Taylor said “I’m at an important part of my career where I’ve had a taste of league football and I want more, so I’m delighted to be coming to this club.
“It’s a great club for me to come to and perform really well, for myself, the fans, the team and the manager.”
