Corwen have appointed Guy Handscombe as their new first-team manager.
Handscombe, who was most recently the assistant manager of Ruthin Town to Chris Hardy, will take to the dugout as his own man.
Other experiences include working at Llandudno, Llanrwst United and Porthmadog.
He will be assisted by former Cefn Druids reserve team manager Shaun Colley, who is studying for the UEFA A Licence.
“I had always had Corwen in the back of my mind,” revealed Handscombe to the Denbighshire Free Press after taking the new role.
“I spoke to my family, as they knew I wanted to take a management role but for me it had to be in the right environment with the right people so it would work for my family, as well as myself.
“The aim is to push Corwen up to show my capabilities as a manager, I’ve got aspirations of completing the UEFA Pro Licence someday.
“I had a conversation with Ian Evans and the board and they really sold the club to me, it’s absolutely fantastic.
“I outlined my ideas and proposals to them, which they seemed really excited about. I wanted to make sure I could get the right people in behind the scenes as well and so I am really pleased that Shaun has accepted role the of the assistant.
He has 20 years of coaching experience and has been involved in over 300 games across a range of leagues in Wales.
In March 2020, Handscombe was appointed as the manager of the Cymru North select side for the 2021 UEFA Regions Cup, however, that was curtailed due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
