The first round of the Nathaniel MG Cup was drawn this evening following the release of the Cymru North and South fixtures last week.
Matches are scheduled to take place on the week commencing July 17, but clubs can mutually agree to an alternative date.
Denbigh were finalists in the 2015/16 season, losing 2-0 under the stewardship of Gareth Thomas to cup kings The New Saints. They face a return to Maesdu Park to face Llandudno.
Newport County meanwhile were in the competition last season but their game against Undy Athletic never took place, owing to the COVID-19 pandemic.
They will now travel to Stebonheath Park to face Llanelli Town who are managed by Cardiff City and Swansea City legend Andy Legg.
Six teams were given a free passage to the next round after being drawn as byes.
Buckley Town, Conwy Borough, and Ruthin Town will have a free game on that weekend, as well Ammanford, Goytre United, and Undy Athletic in the South.
