Futsal Champions League draw sees Druids head to North Macedonia

Cefn Druids will play their first Futsal Champions League campaign in North Macedonia.

Richie Jones side, who will represent Wales for the first time, won the FAW Elite Futsal League in June after a three-day event.

The Wrexham club are entering the preliminary round draw and the ties will take place from August 20 to August 25 in a four-team group.

Drawn in a four-team group, they will play hosts KMF Proekt, as well as top seeds Luxol St Andrews from Malta and D.S.C Dolphins Ashdod from Israel. 

The winners of each group and the best runners-up will advance to the main round. 

In their ranks they have the likes of Jacob Wise, who featured for the senior football side of the Druids. He has since joined Cymru North outfit Prestatyn Town. 

Also featuring for them are brothers Craig and Louis Pritchard, as well as senior Futsal international Connor Rogers.
