Prestatyn announce multiple signings

Prestatyn Town have confirmed multiple new signings over the weekend, the JD Cymru North continue the rebuilding job.

Prestatyn first signing announced was Paddy Hamid, Hamid is centre midfielder from the English Pyramid, he’s played for Skelmersdale, Barnton, Cammel Lairds, Ashton Town.

James Webb has also joined the Seasiders, Webb has played at a good level for clubs like Skelmersdale, Marine, AFC Liverpool and Vauxhall Motors.

The club announced the signing of Aaron Jones, who Welsh domestic fans will know through his time at TNS & Flint Town United, he’s also been at Everton.

Prestatyn announced the signing of left back Dom McHugh, McHugh has played for Connah’s Quay, Flint and Stoke City.

Prestatyn have signed centre back Sam Pickering who’s has spells at Chester Nomads & Oswestry Town.

Prestatyn have also confirmed Jack Atkinson will be staying at the club, Atkinson had a spell in Welsh football with Bangor City before moving to Gibraltar.

The Seasiders have pulled off a real coup in the signing of left back Curtis Strong, Strong spent a couple of years at Airbus before deciding to move on.

Prestatyn Town have confirmed the signing of Kai Wallis, Wallis is a strong centre midfielder, Wallis came through the Chester youth set up, before joining Flint Town. Wallis had a spell at North West Counties side Runcorn Town before re joining Flint Town United.

The fans of Prestatyn will know all about the next two after their time at rivals Rhyl. Prestatyn have confirmed the signings of Matty Woodward & Tom Rowlands. Woodward had spells at Bangor & Rhyl, and Rowlands had a spell at Rhyl and Conwy Borough.

Prestatyn have also confirmed the signing of Paul Johnson who joins the club from Saltney Town.

It’s been a very busy time for first team manager Ben Heath with a lot of signings.

Heath spoke to the club social media and shared his excitement.

“I’m really happy to get these signings over the line, they all bring individual talent to the squad and will be massive over the season.”
