Pontypridd United and Cardiff Met face off in a midweek clash in the Adran Premier at the USW Sport Park.
It’s been over a month since Pontypridd played their last game and that came against Cardiff City who won to progress in the Bute Energy Women’s Cup. Met suffered a 5-0 defeat to Swansea City in the Genero Adran Trophy last week.
