A sensational four-goal performance from captain Luke Bowen ensured Briton Ferry secured promotion to the JD Cymru Premier.
Bowen opened the scoring in the ninth minute before adding his second from the penalty spot just before the break.
The Ferry skipper completed his hat-trick in the 52nd minute before capping off his display with a second goal from the spot just two minutes later.
The result sees Ferry promoted to the top flight with a game to spare, in what could have been a promotion decider against second-place Llanelli if they’d failed to win tonight.
However, a dominant display from Andy Dyer’s men saw them win their second piece of silverware in four days, after defeating Llanelli in the League Cup Southern Final on Saturday.
It was a strong start from the home side with skipper Luke Bowen finding himself with a chance at goal twice in the opening six minutes.
He found himself free in the box again in the ninth minute, making no mistake as he slotted home to give his side the lead.
The remainder of the half was nervy from both sides with the importance of the result clear to all.
The nerves were settled however just before the break after the home side were awarded a penalty.
Thomas Walters found himself bearing down on goal and managing to poke the ball beyond the keeper before being taken out. Bowen stepped up and calmly slotted home to give them the much-needed buffer going into the break.
It was a lightning-quick start to the second half from Ferry as they put the game to bed.
A fantastic performance from Bowen saw him net his hat-trick in the 52nd minute before slotting home his second penalty just two minutes later to all but seal the game.
The prolific goalscorer was replaced on the hour mark alongside strike partner Thomas Walters in what was sure to be a welcome substitution from the Ammanford defence.
It was a quiet end to the game as the home side comfortably in the lead ensured their promotion to the top flight for next season after a dominant display.
