As the JD Cymru North and South entered their fourth round of fixtures Ruthin Town secured a clinical victory as Trethomas Bluebirds and Airbus UK Broughton remain the only sides with winning records.

Cymru North
It was the turn of Ruthin Town to be on the right end of a 7-0 score line as they dispatched Prestatyn Town in their clinical home victory.
It was a rapid start from The Town as they found themselves 4-0 up after just 22 minutes. Gwion Owen was the standout player for Dave Evans’ men as he registered two goals and three assists in their dominant win.
A late equaliser from Lee Stokes continued Colwyn Bay’s slow start to the season as they drew 1-1 away to Llandudno. Craig Linfield scored his second in as many games to open the scoring before the late leveller rescued a point for the hosts.
Denbigh Town picked up their first points of the season with a 2-0 win at home against Caersws. Goals from Samuel Duffy and Paul Fleming saw The Bluebirds winning start to the campaign come to an end.
Airbus UK Broughton made it four wins from four to remain top of the table, after a 1-0 victory at home against Llay Welfare. A first goal of the season from 19-year old Daniel Wood sealed all three points for The Wingmakers.
Guilsfield got their season up and running as they picked up their first points of the season with a 4-1 victory away to Bangor 1876.
Buckley Town made it three wins on the bounce as they ran out 2-1 winners at home to Flint Mountain. A first goal of the season from substitute Connor Littler earned his side the three points.
Jamie Breeze struck a 94th minute winner for Holywell Town in their 3-2 back and forth win away to Mold Alexandra. The away side had the lead twice before Breeze’s second goal in added time snatched all three points.
In another high scoring affair Gresford Athletic fought back to earn their first win of the season with a 4-2 victory away to struggling Penrhyncoch.
The home side had a 2-0 lead after 30 minutes before a sensational fight back from The Colliers saw them lead 3-2 at the break. A second half strike from Charlie Mann sealed the win for Eddie Maurice-Jones’ side.
Cymru South
The remarkable start to their Cymru South season continued for Trethomas Bluebirds as they picked up their fourth straight win with a 3-0 home victory against Taffs Well. The Bluebirds hit three goals in 21 first half minutes to see themselves remain at top spot being the only side in the competition still with a winning record.
Youngster Ethan Edwards continued his strong form with three goals in as many games, with clinical forward Gareth Tedstone scoring in all four of their opening league fixtures sitting on five for the season so far.
Newport City fought from behind to earn a 2-1 away victory against Caerau Ely. Liam Bishop pounced on a defensive error to give the home side the lead before strikes from Ethan Wynne and Nathaniel Jarvis swung the game for The Steelemen.
A mixture of youth and experience helped Trefelin pick up a 3-1 home victory against Llantwit Major. Veteran forward Lee Trundle struck twice before a goal from young prospect Ioan Piper sealed the win for Andy Hill’s men.
A six goal thriller at Glenhafod Park saw Ponty United snatch a late point against Goytre United in their 3-3 draw.
Liam Eason gave the away side a two goal lead before a hattrick from Keane Watts turned the game on its head. It looked like Goytre were heading for their third win of the campaign but a 96th minute goal from 17-year old Ollie Young saw The Dragons take a point.
Neither side could find the breakthrough between Cambrian United and Afan Lido as they played out a 0-0 draw at the M&P Group 3G. Travis James was sent off for the visitors just past the hour mark but they were able to hold on for a point.
Cwmbran Celtic got a much needed win as they picked up their first points of the season with a 1-0 victory away to Penrhiwceiber Rangers. A first goal of the season for 17-year old Jude Bull was enough to separate the sides on Saturday afternoon.
Ammanford climbed out of the relegation zone with their first win of the campaign as they beat Baglan Dragons 2-0 at Evans Bevans Playing Fields. Second half goals from Euros Griffiths and Tristan Jenkins secured their first points of the season in the final game of the weekend on Sunday afternoon.
