TNS and Penybont meet at Park Hall in the Cymru Premier on Saturday, November 23 (2.30 pm kick-off).

These two sides last met back in the middle of September. Penybont ran out 2-1 winners at the SDM Glass Stadium, beating TNS for the first time in 20 attempts.

Clayton Green opened the scoring before Adam Wilson equalised before half-time but Cymru Premier legend Chris Venables scored five minutes from time to secure a famous victory.

Penybont won 3-1 against Flint Town United last time out but were afforded a free weekend last week after being knocked out of the Welsh Cup. Will a week off give them the edge? Here’s the latest injury news ahead of kick-off.

Matthew Olosunde has been limited to one appearance for TNS this season, and that came at the start of September against Aberystwyth Town.

Ryan Astles remains contracted to The New Saints, but he’s been out for almost a year. His last appearance for TNS was on December 26.

Jake Canavan received a red card in the defeat to Briton Ferry and so he’s unavailable for this fixture.

Penybont injury latest

Kostya Georgievsky recently returned from a 22-month lay-off. A knee injury kept the forward out of action, but he appeared against Flint Town United at the start of the month.

In a big blow, Clayton Green and Lewis Harling will miss out due to suspension. Both Green and Harling both picked up their fifth yellow cards of the campaign last time out against Flint Town United and as a result, will have to sit this one out as they serves a one-match ban.

Dan Jefferies hasn’t played for Penybont since the beginning of September. He’s out with a long-term injury.
