The winter transfer window officially opens for Cymru Leagues clubs on January 1, 2025. 

Clubs from the first and second tiers have a transfer registration period from the opening of the window on Wednesday, January 1 to 11.00 pm on Monday February 3, 2025. Teams in these divisions have been able to sign a player should they have been a free agent, whilst Cymru Premier clubs have squad limits. 

Teams in the four divisions of the Ardal Leagues; North East, North West, South East, and South West; have all been free to make additions to their squad outside of the window as their leagues do not offer contracts, and do not have any professional players in their ranks.

With teams in the Cymru Premier, North, and South now able to do business, they could in essence look to the lower leagues to do business, which in turn would require lower league teams to sign replacements.
