Wales snatched a last gasp 1-1 draw away to North Macedonia to maintain Craig Bellamy’s unbeaten record and secure a further point in World Cup Qualifying.
An error from substitute Joe Allen looked to have gifted the hosts all three points before a scrappy stoppage time strike from David Brooks rescued a point for Wales.
Here is a look at the player ratings following the dramatic final moments in Skopje.
Karl Darlow – 6
The Leeds United shot stopper appears to have claimed the number one shirt for Wales under Bellamy. He looked slightly less confident at times with his distribution but made a big save in the second half to deny the hosts.
Chris Mepham – 7
A strong defensive display from Mepham coming into the side following Saturdays victory against Kazakhstan. He made some key interceptions and tackles to break up potential counter attacks from the hosts.
Joe Rodon – 7
Yet again Rodon showing why he’s an important part of this side with his defensive display. He continues to win everything that comes near the Wales box and will be disappointed in conceding a soft goal.
Ben Davies (C) – 7
Another solid display from the captain as looked to advance more with the ball compared to the home fixture and got the side moving in the right direction regularly.
Neco Williams – 7
Quickly becoming one of the most talented players in a red shirt he always looks so impressive with the ball at his feet and driving towards opposition defences. He also did his job defensively and will be disappointed with losing the clean sheet.
Josh Sheehan – 7
Another good performance from Sheehan with him having to do a lot of the dirty work in midfield, something that he’s really good at.

Jordan James – 8
The youngster with the best performance from a Wales player in Skopje. He is starting to show his attacking threat with some impressive passing, threatening runs in behind and driving forward with the ball.
Daniel James – 6
Not quite as effective as Saturday night despite trying his best to make things happen. He couldn’t quite get the touch of luck needed in the crucial moments and was possibly unlucky not to win a penalty.
Nathan Broadhead – 5
A tough night for the Ipswich forward with him not being able to find much success. He was wasteful at times in possession and didn’t offer much in front of goal.
Sorba Thomas – 6
Some good runs again down the left side but couldn’t find the decisive moment to open the scoring for Wales. He could have done better with the shooting opportunity created by James’ cross.
Brennan Johnson – 5
Another quiet night in a Welsh shirt for Johnson as he offered little to the attack and failing to link up effectively enough with teammates to break down the opposition defence.
Kieffer Moore – 7
A second half change for Wales looking to offer a different type of threat and he delivered in the dying seconds winning the header to set up the leveller from Brooks.

David Brooks – 8
The hero for Bellamy’s side as his last gasp goal means Wales take a vital point home. There is always potential for him to pop up with a moment of magic and even though the goal was scrappy compared to his usual picturesque strikes the Red Wall won’t care.
Rabbi Matondo – 5
A late change for Wales that couldn’t offer the same impact as Saturday night.
Joe Allen – 2
A nightmare night for the midfielder as his unusual mistake is the crucial moment that lead nearly lead to defeat. It’ll be one to forget for him but he will be relieved that they salvaged a draw.
